I have only just started on this path but I’m happy with the help I am getting by using Manuka honey. I would recommend if you are trying to loose weight, you at least give Manuka honey a go.

I’m 70 & trying to lose weight. My wife cooks great healthy meals, BUT I eat too much. The Manuka honey curbs my appetite and I do a bit of exercise (not enough I suppose) and I find I have a bit more energy. I have only just started on this path but I’m happy with the help I am getting by using Manuka honey. I would recommend if you are trying to loose weight, you at least give Manuka honey a go.
